Software is our business and computers are our lifeblood. We’re looking for a personable and motivated person to help keep our software company running. You will be responsible for everything IT related including specifying and installing computers, to managing our servers, to installing new software. When issues arise, you will be responsible for quickly trouble-shooting the problem and implementing a solution. You will also be expected to proactively solve minor issues before they become real problems.

In addition, you would also be responsible for managing our facilities to ensure that we have a suitable working environment. This includes everything from making sure that our HVAC units are working properly and are serviced, that our telephone system is configured and operating as required, and that there are no roof leaks! For minor issues, you would be expected to perform simple maintenance and for other issues you would coordinate with the appropriate subcontractors.

If you are looking for a position with a great deal of responsibility and one where you could acquire expertise in a variety of systems, if you consider yourself to be an IT expert and you are also knowledgeable and willing to learn more about facilities management, then we may have a job for you.
