Implementation Coordinator - College Park, MD - Hot position!!!

* This person is responsible for the implementation of our software in a variety of configurations and environments.* Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of detailed implementation plans in line with our clients' Implementation strategy.* Demonstrate leadership skills, project management skills and an ability to participate in a fast-paced dynamic environment. * Work with SMEs to understand business pre requisites, constraints and processes.* Co-ordinate with Training leads to ensure business readiness, resource availability.* Manage schedule of deployment phases with business teams.* Effective communication and positioning of the program into the business.* Co-ordinate with the Testing Lead to achieve successful Client Acceptance Testing.* Four (4) year degree preferred* Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003, XP, MS Office (in particular Word and Excel)* Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with customers by telephone.* Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and excellent judgment* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines * Healthcare experience and/or HL7 familiarity a plusIf you are interested in hearing more about the position - or if you know someone who may match this skill set, please email (mark.sterling@na.manpower.com) your updated resume and contact Mark Sterling, Sr. Recruiter for Manpower Professional MidAtlantic region at toll free 888.832.4199 ext 15.
