The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully educating and training clients on the use and operation of our industry leading software. Healthcare organizations use our products to support both their practice management and clinical operations. Misys Healthcare Implementation Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds including practice management, clinical, and healthcare. Assessing client training requirements and preparing training objectives and agendas.2. Conducting on-site and remote training sessions. 3. Ensuring client end users are properly trained in areas of the application related to their job function.4. Serving as the client's application expert; ensuring that system set up is congruent with client defined project goals and to optimize business workflow.5. Identify product configuration and customer requirements.6. Assisting in the development of client implementation project plans and detailed documentation throughout implementation.7. Leading in the review and analysis of client processes and development of revised workflow plans.8. Assisting client/Misys implementation team with issue escalation and resolution.9. Extensive, overnight travel, REQUIRES 100% DOMESTIC travel.Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:1. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision3. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills4. Strong Project Management skillsTRAINING and EXPERIENCE:1. BS in Healthcare Specialty or equivalent work experience a plus2. 3 years minimum experience in healthcare specialty field and/or in a software vender environment.3.
