ITIL/Software Change Management Analyst / 730 Position Description:Looking for a challenging position to make a significant impact to the APS Healthcare IT organization? Our newly created Change Management Analyst will be responsible for coordinating software change using a software change management (SCM) process. This includes addressing core processes in SCM, including version control, release management, build management, code promotion & demotion, and workflow & approvals. Responsibilities: •Define & maintain the release and change management process •Participate in and oversee execution of the Release and Change Management processes •Maintain alignment between the Release and Change Management processes & customer/business requirements •Ensure compliance with the Release and Change Management process & standards •Participate as a champion in the move to ITIL-based processes Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience. •8 or more years experience in IT•2 or more years experience in a Software Change Management role•High level understanding of ITIL processes with regards to SCM•Change management experience in mid-to-large IT organization•Experience with formal Release Management, with integration to Quality Assurance•Experience with HIPAA-regulated organizations ideal, but not required
