IT jobs: Wealth Managment CRM SME

The Banking & Investments (B&I) division of CGI creates, maintains and operates industry leading wealth management solutions to serve our clients’ needs for brokerage processing (e-settlement), portfolio management and administration (MVest/MPower), fund accounting (MPower), shareholder record keeping (PrimeBase), plan administration (CORE), foreign exchange trading (Object Charlie / Fx Sentry) and mortgage securitization (SwixMortgage). We also support banks in critical back-office functions, such as originations, collections and trade services, through other CGI solutions such as CACS, Strata, Enterprise Originations, Proponix and TradeLine.



Wealth Managment CRM SME:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Requires 5+ years of hands-on leadership in designing, architecting and implementing CRM solutions for the Wealth Management domain.
• Experience in identifing, evaluating, proposing or contributing to business/technology solutions, frameworks or roadmaps built on CRM platforms to address specific business needs is beneficial
• Experience in development or contributing to business cases, project plans, cost/benefit analysis and project initiation would be beneficial
• Experience in leading, mentoring and training internal (practice members, cross functional staff) and external stakeholders (partners and clients) would be beneficial

Required Level of Education (include certifications):
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related field

Soft Skills:
• Ability to partner with customers to identify needs and apply appropriate solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to build consensus and manage relationships
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective use of time management, planning and organization skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills in a technical environment
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Solid knowledge of the project development and software development life cycle
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work as a key team player through collaboration, training and mentoring

- Knowledge of CRM technologies such as MS-Dynamics, Siebel, Salesforce.com or other.
