Stanley Associates (wholly owned subsidiary of CGI Federal) is seeking a Senior Technician for our Huntsville, AL location. The Sr. Technician will provide technical support for the analysis, evaluation; fielding, maintenance, quality and lifecycle management of AMCOM supported Test Program Sets (TPS), Automated Test Equipment (ATE), and Army RESET equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical services, analysis and sustainment maintenance support that encompasses electronic, electrical, mechanical and optical disciplines.
• Technical support shall include hardware analysis, maintenance and verification necessary for the sustainment and lifecycle support of AMCOM managed / supported ATE and TPS's.
• Understanding Software Loading and Verification (SLV) process. Reprogramming various systems from older software configuration to the latest released by the Program Manager Office. Verify all software reprogrammed and test it per Army standard procedure.
• Quality inspection and control using the International Organization for Standard 9001 (ISO 9001). Supporting the Re-Use & Re-Set program manager to ensure the reset equipment meets the Army Re-Set standardization.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of directly related work experience required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of directly related work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Additional Requirements
• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
• Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel up to 30 % or less.
Preferred
• Electrical & electronics troubleshooting experience on TPSs, ATE, and Army equipment
• Prototype integration, installation, maintenance, repair, modifications and servicing of ATE/TPS and Army RESET equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; computer literacy; excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision.
