IT jobs USA: Special Ad Hoc QA Studies Analyst
The Special Ad Hoc QA Studies Analyst provides overall responsibility for conducting and completing all special ad hoc quality assurance studies requested by customer. The Special Ad Hoc Studies Analyst will be responsible to report status on their findings. They may also be requested to present their findings to the customer as needed.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Takeover Phase:
• Review existing Quality Management Ad Hoc QA requests and studies
• Develop approach and template for providing status on Ad Hoc projects
All Phases:
• Ensures the day-to-day activities are completed on time and in accordance with documented processes
• Provide study status to the customer via the Monthly Quality Management Performance Report.
• Conducts all special ad hoc quality assurance studies requested by the customer
• Documents findings and review with Quality Management Team
• Presents special study findings to the customer
Required Education/Experience/Qualifications
• Recent experience with quality management of substantive projects involving governmental data processing projects, implementation of a transfer system, Medicaid claims processing systems, or other medical claims processing systems
• Previous experience to including experience with quality management activities
• Ability to facilitate a positive and collaborative working environment leading individuals to perform at high levels
• Strong inter-personal, oral and written communications
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining clear mechanisms to communicate status
