IT jobs: OCC - Tier 1

Minimum 3-5 years of system administration on MS Windows Server platform.
Experience in Remote Infra Structure will be added advantage.

Skills
Respond to alerts generated by Monitoring Consoles and generate tickets within SLA timeframes.
Resolve Server Operating System incidents.
System Administration knowledge of, operating systems like Windows NT4 and Windows Server 2000/ 2003.
Internet Information Server.
Remote tools like DameWare Mini Remote Controller, RDP, Tivoli Remote Desktop, and NetMeeting.
Remote management tools like HP-RILOE, iLO, IBM Management Module, Director.
Should be aware of tools from Microsoft Windows Resource Kit.
Coordinating RFCs.
Update and Close the Change Activities once performed, and provide project status to Change coordinators (RFCs).
Update and close/resolve tickets in a timely manner within SLA timeframes.
Function in a multiple ticketing systems (Remedy ARS and HEAT).
Queue management for Remedy ARS.


Soft Skills

Good verbal and written communication in English is must.
Good Analytical skills.
Should have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work for Canadian Business Hours.

Certification

ITIL V2-----Good to have
MCP (Windows Server) is must.
