IT Technician Network Administrator
Jackson, MS based Information Technology consulting and support company looking to hire Tier 1 Support Technician for a full-time position. Must be willing to work after hours and weekends and be willing to travel.Â
Core computer experience with Microsoft Windows required. Liberal Arts or other equivalent degree a plus. Network support experience or certification not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Genuinely care about your customer. Excellent people skills required.
Highly motivated and able to work independently. Take ownership for problems and follow through to resolution.
Position offers flexible hours and competitive compensation plans. Benefit packages include health insurance, 401(k), cell phone / pda and company vehicle for qualified technicians. Must have a clean driving record and drug free. Drug test will be required for all applicants being considered.
