We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare and IT Recruiting Professionals, to help fulfill newly acquired client business as well as assist with current account needs.

Sr. Technical Recruiter & Account Manager

* Superior sourcing, qualifying, recruiting, negotiation, staffing and closing skills, ability to steer situations in the direction and outcome you desire.
* Desire to achieve 30 + hires per year, prefer consulting environments. This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and hiring full-time and hourly IT consultants to support the staffing needs of our client base.
* This position will also be responsible for the ongoing needs of the consultant base and generating referrals and leads. Competitive, energetic, upbeat and positive and motivated professionals.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for recruiting candidates for job opportunities.
* Proven IT Recruiting experience desired, which has led to a broad knowledge of the Information Technology industry (Skills Required recruiting, staffing, sourcing, qualifying and negociating).
* Drive to provide customers and candidates with an overall solution to technology problems via Staffing solutions, and to stay abreast of technological and business trends.
* We have 95% repeat business and 100% referenceable clients. * * * We have a large database of quality candidates, as well as all available job boards (monster, careerbuilder, dice, **.)
