IT Systems/Network Administrator

The Parent Company is looking for an IT Systems/Network Administrator to provide support to all clients within the Blairs and Ringgold Fulfillment Centers.  This position serves as a first level support for a wide range of LAN/WAN platforms (both hardware and software).  These include XP, 2000 and NT based PC’s via TCP/IP networks, AS400 and other data and telecommunications systems. Skills, Responsibilities and Qualifications Required:  MS Office Knowledge Microsoft Windows Administration Network Administration, TCP/IP and troubleshooting Citrix/ Terminal Services Connectivity troubleshooting Install, service and maintain company printers, copiers, desktops and laptops Be willing to learn various AS400 support functions Provide support for general hardware/software questions and problems from end users Assist with other IT related projects as required, such as Remote Frequency hardware/software and cat 5 cabling Email experience Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to physically lift, move and carry computers and related equipment.
