IT Sales Support Representative

EcomNets is is seeking a Sales Support Representative to help grow the company’s sales and marketing efforts.


The ideal candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

1. Support the outside sales people by being an internal back-up for when the sales people are in and out of the office.

2. Provide sales administrative functions for the sales people including but not limited to quote generation, order processing, communicating with third party partners and working with internal customers to complete sales tasks.

3. Manage inbound customer calls for the sales people, taking ownership of the calls and seeing them through to resolution.

4. Frequently communicate ongoing and completed tasks to the salespeople and their customers keeping people informed of the task’s status.

5. Gain, retain and stay current with general knowledge of products and services to effectively assist the sales people and customers.

6. Make daily outbound calls to promote the company’s products and services and set appointments for the outside sales people.

7. Make daily outbound calls for the sales team working on specific call campaigns, events or promotions.


Essential skills and requirements for this position include:Strong customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Search Engines. Good organization. Strong task management and multi-tasking. Results driven.
Demonstrate initiative to resolve problems and find solutions.
Some experience in tele-marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
