IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 

 

Location:

 

Berea, Ohio

 

Compensation:

 

Commensurate with experience and is a combination of salary and bonus.

 

Position Summary:

 

Rapidly growing U.S. based company specializing in custom metal fabricated products designed for high-temperature and corrosive industrial applications is seeking an IT System Administrator that will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration of the computer network.  This includes, but is not limited to, management of all hardware, software, servers, security, policies related to the network, and utilizing technology to improve efficiencies and processes throughout the entire organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Manage entire computer network, including, servers, hardware, software, and policies; 30%

2. Perform and monitor backups, manage network security, which includes anti-virus and firewall solutions; 15%

3. Utilize technology to improve efficiency and processes throughout the organization.  This includes developing custom reports on the ERP software application; 30%

4. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user hardware and software.  Perform upgrades and repairs as needed; 25%

 

Requirements:

 

Must Have:

 

1. Experience in a Manufacturing Company.

2. Experience with an ERP system.

3. Windows Server experience.

4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

5. System Backup experience.

 

Would Like:

 

1. 4 year degree in IS or Computer Science.

2. Experience with Visibility ERP software.

3. Experience with SQL Servers.

4. Experience with ERP system upgrades

5. Experience with Advanced Report Writing tools
