IT Programmer

Our vision for this individual is to provide effective real time data/information systems to support the decision making process of the organization.  This individual will accomplish this objective through the development and maintenance of existing and new information technology systems.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

 Resolving problems relating to hardware and software on day/night shift.Developing new reports or downloadable data from CADIOS-TNA manufacturing control system.Providing user training for Toyo Tire personnel regarding hardware and software.Recommending and installing hardware performance upgrades.Managing hardware performance.Providing support to IT Manager in maintaining and resolving problems with network.

 

The Qualified candidate will have experience and skills in the following areas:

 

· Server Network Knowledge

· C++, .Net, and Visual Basics

· Knowledge of Networking and Design of TCP / IP based Networks

· Must have certificates in some or all the above areas.

· Conversant with Microsoft Windows Office

· Proven IT problem solving skills

· Attention to details

· Strong verbal and written skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

 

This person is expected to carryout their duties and responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.  The ability to communicate in Japanese preferred.
