We are actively seeking IT Helpdesk Technicians to interview and start immediately on the National IT Support Desk of a local healthcare company.  This is an excellent position for candidates who are detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills and problem solving abilities. Qualified candidates will have a strong PC support background. Candidates must have the ability to work well under stress and time constraints as well as have a strong sense of personal responsibility to complete the task.
Required Technical Skills:
·        advanced knowledge in PC operations and applications, networking and PC hardware. Â
·        experience supporting MS Outlook  and MS Office Products.
·        Previous telephone support/helpdesk experience is a plus
Candidates must be available to interview immediately and begin work on or before September 22, 2008.
Criminal Background and Drug screen will be required.
