Serve as first point of contact within the IT group to providing technical support to end users. Experience in a Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office environment. Configure and install PCs and printers Perform regular maintenance on PCs and printers to prevent problems from occurring Ability to provide excellent customer support Microsoft or other technical certifications or training a plus Must be willing travel to different company locations in the surrounding area Must be able to lift up to 20lbs To apply, visit our website at www.newegg.com
