IT Consultant CoordinatorOur client, an IT Consulting Firm is seeking an IT Consultant Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating E-ticket traffic, diagnosing and fix customers IT problems and some training of their IT Tech Consultants. The ideal candidate will live in the Tri-State area. The right candidate will have an understanding of and be able to implement the following IT procedures.Server Operating Systems and Application Microsoft Windows NT Server 4, Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2000 Server Exchange 5.5 2000 or 2003 for local emailing hosting Antivirus software for both email and workstation protection Spam filtering software Active Directory and all other domain-related applications SQL Server or Sybase SQL anywhere for database hostingWorkstation Applications Windows 98, 2000, ME and XP and VISTA; Mac OS9 and OS X support Internet Dial-up, DSL, Cable, Fractional TI, T3 Combining data and telephones, VoIPIndustry Specific Applications Law firm Software: Needles, Time Matters, Timslips, Prevail, Summation iBlaze Dental software: Softdent, Dentrix, Easy Dental, Dexis Title software: Title Express Construction Software: Expedition Financial software: Quickbooks, Peachtree, Quicken, MASFor Managing Contracts Outlook, Act!, Palm, Desktop, Windows, Address Book, Exchange, Address BookFor Working Remotely Terminal Services, PC Anywhere, VNC, and Virtual Private Networking Solutions
