IT CONTRACT MGM

Position Requirements: Creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Must have a high level of knowledge of contract law. Works with the Business in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary.Requires a Bachelor's degree. Must have at least 5 years of experience in contract administration. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Minimum of 3-5years of technology procurement experience in contract development, contract negotiations, financial analysis, project management and relationship management for Labor Services preferred. Knowledge of automated procurement systems including ARIBA is preferred. Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business or Supply Chain Management required.
