IT Business/ Database Analyst

Job Overview: Department: Information Technology Department Experienced Required: 2-4 years of IT experience. Required Skill: Knowledge of databases & basic data structure; strong data processing skills & common language such as SQL.  Filemaker Pro experience a plus. Education: Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Computer science, Management Information System

Job Description:

Analyze, troubleshoot, & resolve technical issues as well as data issues on databases, servers, & business applications Perform data conversion, data cleansing task on IT Projects Configure & monitor databases User support & troubleshoot function (Help Desk) on all IT related activities Basic user account administrative management Extract data & design reports as requested Assist other colleagues with special projects & assignments.
