IT Business Analyst - Mobility Solutions

The Customer Service (CS) IT team is responsible for designing and delivering IT solutions and processes for Philips Healthcare's Customer Service business. CS is a highly important and strategic business and represents a substantial part of PHS. CS IT includes several key functional areas including core SAP R/3, business reporting, mobility and field operations solutions, call center integration, contracts, and CRM integration.The CS Mobility/Field Operations (FO) team includes:- Work Order Management (WOM)- Field service engineer and service manager mobility tools- Field service engineer-based Human Resources capabilitiesWe are seeking an experienced, mid-level analyst to work in our WOM/FO team on mobility solutions and processes and deploy these capabilities across Philips Healthcare Solutions (PHS). Your Responsibilities: * Scope - overall work order management and field operations areas; mobility solutions; performance assurance tools and processes* Member of Customer Service WOM/FO team (worldwide IT organization)* Functional scope and designs - participate in/lead solution designs and program and project level; ensure they meet PHS IT and platform direction* Design new and extend existing WOM/FO solutions based on business and user requirements.* Extend and support the existing SAP landscape and complementary solutions* Participate in next-generation investigations* Mentor/coach junior members of team* Provide estimates and feasibility assessments for projects and change requests* Incident and problem management; able to provide off hours support on periodic, rotational basis* IT work process definition, improvement, execution Your Profile: Ability to take a leadership role Ability to develop and grow into senior role(s)Good social and communication (written, verbal) skills Customer focusedAble to multi-taskSolution design experienceFull project lifecycle experienceExperiences/skills required: Must have SAP experienceSAP CS (minimum 2 years experience) SAP HR (not mandatory, but willing to learn and apply)SAP CRM experience desirableBS/BA degree, in business, technology field or equivalentExperience level: mid levelLocation: Andover/Atlanta Contacts: Philips Notes Philips is an equal opportunity employer.Eligible for an employee referral bonus of 7,500 Simplicity Rewards points.
