Description:ResponsibilitiesMonitor Software Compliance on all licenses within the enterprise.Manage and monitor the disposal of I.T. assets.Ensure the accurate import of purchasing data into the Asset Database.Ensure the compliance of all Asset Policies and Procedures.Manage the monthly company wide reconciliation of the purchasing data to the Asset Database.Provide detail asset reports to clients as necessary.Manage the Annual Inventory and Reconciliation process.Ensure asset locations and status, are maintained and accurate.Ensure all Software media is inventoried and maintained.Perform weekly cycle counts of hardware and software audits.Ensure asset transfers are performed and asset records maintained.Manage CMDB and ensure all Configurable Items (CIs) are up to date.Respond to Software Audits from appropriate Software Publishers.Manage ITS Software Library (Physical Media and Electronic).Assist the Asset Advisor in processing asset divesture transactions.Ensure all Service Catalog Items are reflected in CMDB.Monitor Vendor websites to ensure assets are accurately recorded in Asset system.Audit barcode system to ensure barcodes are maintained on all asset records.About the OpportunityThe Senior Analyst will assist in the asset functions.
