ISD Curriculum Developer (Requisition # Not Listed)

Paradigm Solutions is currently seeking an ISD Curriculum Developer with experience supporting government customers.  In this position, the successful candidate will research and gather appropriate information to be used to develop course material. Design or assist with the design of laboratory exercises. Determine training objectives and write training programs, including the course outline, lecture material, handouts, and exams. Facilitate technical training programs, and administer written and practical exams. Gather and compile data at the end of the training to measure the overall effectiveness of the course material. This position is located in Tyson's Corner, VA.

 

Position Requirements

-5+ years of instructional systems design experience supporting government customers (i.e. creating and implementing course outline, lesson plans, student manuals, audio-visual aids, etc.).

-TS/SCI CI Poly clearance

-BA or BS degree required

 

Clearance Requirement:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security clearance verification and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required.
