The role of the Human Resources Manageris to support the company with the following areas of HR. The areas,specific to the Nebraska call center offices include:
           *Recruitment and selection
           *Internal and external human relations
           *EEO
           *Policy development and interpretation and transactions
           *Workers’ compensation
           *Benefits Administration

           *Human Resource management consultation
           *Human Resource strategic planning
           *Organizational development
           *Quality of work life issues facilitation and resolution

Qualifications:

The Human Resource Manager must possessexcellent verbal and written communication skills and will beresponsible for meeting monthly and quarterly goals established by thecompany. This position requires a college degree or greater, equivalentcombination of education or experience or four years relatedexperience. This position requires the ability to adapt to changes inthe industry and to react quickly. Travel required up to 60%
