Human Resources Assistant

Champion Solutions Group, a Premier IBM business partner located in Boca Raton, FL, is currently seeking an HR Assistant.

We are looking for qualified candidates who will be able to assist in all areas of human resources such as recruitment, personnel record maintenance, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and compensation management.  Specific duties will include:

Update and maintain employee files to ensure accurate information is contained within company records in both physical and electronic formats.

Manage the pre-employment process including scheduling interviews, processing background checks, conducting verifications of previous employment and education, and ensuring personality profiles are complete.

Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.

Orientation of new employees, including all payroll and benefit forms and information.  Deliver training presentations on general company topics as needed.

Update HR webpage on intranet to ensure up-to-date, accurate informatio is available.

Assist with internal communications pertaining to employee performance management, employee relations, and events.

Participate in employee events committee.



Associates degree or equivalent preferred.

1-2 years experience in HR or general administrative support in office environment required.

Pursuit of college degree in Business Management or Human Resources a plus.
