High Volume Switchboard Operator
We are currently seeking a 6 month contract High Volume Switchboard Operator for our Fortune 500 Information technology client located in the Charlotte, NC market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering a switch board that supports over 2100 people. This individual will also be responsible for answer question as they arrive, provide on-boarding packages to clients, and extracting a call report monthly.
