Helpdesk Engineers
TechAssist is a leading national managed services provider to small and medium sized businesses. We are looking for talented Helpdesk Engineers to join our growing National Operations Center located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Helpdesk Engineers are responsible for customer service, ticket management and routing, and Tier I/II support issues including remote troubleshooting of desktop/laptop hardware issues, Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems and Software Suites, Third Party Applications, and Active Directory Account Issues.
The positions report directly to our Operations Manager. Candidates should be willing to work flexible hours however services are provided 8AM - 8PM Monday - Friday.
Helpdesk Engineer Requirements:
Excellent Organization and Communication Skills
Proficient Knowledge of Active Directory
Familiar Knowledge of Windows 2003 Server
Excellent Knowledge of LAN/WAN Networking
Excellent Knowledge for Windows and Apple Operating Systems including OS X, Windows Vista, XP, and 2000 Professional
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
