HELP DESK – 2ND SHIFT (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.)

 

Due to growth of our technology base, in order to meet the demands of our global internal customers, we are creating a second shift (one person).  This person will provide call in or ticket based response for our user community of 200 retail locations across the US, plus some HQ or international users.  We are a Windows, SAP and Lotus Notes environment where you will address a variety of hardware/software, PC, printers, network connectivity or telecommunications requests.  You will be responsible for high quality technical customer service using a variety of techniques for resolving problems, escalating trouble tickets and participating in team projects.

 

 

Required

 Associates Degree or 2 yr. certificate in a related fieldDemonstrated hands on experience/aptitude with computers, peripheral equipment, telephonyDemonstrated professional environment interpersonal and communication skillsAble to lift 50 lbs.Trustworthy: able to work independently after regular office hoursAVAILABLE for night and weekend on-call rotation
