Technical Requirements
2-5 years experience troubleshooting the following:
Windows XP and Vista;
Thin Client (Microsoft Terminal Server and Citrix);
Desktop hardware;
Microsoft Office;
Scanners and Printers;
Desktop Faxing;
TCP/IP knowledge.
Education Preferences
Microsoft Certified Office Professional;
BS or AS in computer related field.
Personal Skills
Organized;
Customer service oriented;
Good oral and verbal communications;
Proactive.
Location: SW Houston near Meyerland Plaza.
