I am looking to identify someone who can comitt to working 3 days a week, 8 hours a day for a total of 24 hours. These are normal business hours with some flexibility on the start time.

In order to be considered you must have prior help desk experience in an IS ROLE dealing with Software questions, network access and possible hardware problems. We are looking for a great communicator who is going to be good at helping mostly non technical Clinical people with IS problems.

Immediate need for an experienced Help Desk/Tech Support role in our Diversified Home Services located at 25 Tucker Drive, Leominster.

This a group of 125 +- mainly Clinicians who provide various medical services throughout the community.So we are looking for an experienced TECHNICAL help desk person that has great customer service, strong problem solving skills and a excellent knowledge of PC's and Software Applications.

Must be capable of getting new employees up and running, installing printers, trouble shooting network issues, remote access and most importantly getting the employee back up and productive.

Prior help desk experience is required. Strong interpersonal skills and the personality needed to be a great support person to a group of what may appear to be not very computer savvy people.

We are looking for some who can work a fixed schedule, Monday-Wednesday and Friday, 8 hour days.Start time could be a little flexible.
