Summary of Responsibilities:  Under general supervision, provides quality phone support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, accuracy and timeliness.  Represents Apollo Health Street, Inc. in a broad range of customer contacts and transactions.  Works on weekends, holidays and/or rotating shifts as needed. 



 

Roles and Responsibilities:Addresses the individual service needs of each customer and provides solutions for each contact enlisting technicians, vendors and escalation techniques.  Works as a team with all Help Desk Professionals, Help Desk Team Leads, Help Desk Supervisor and the Help Desk Program Director.  Participates in ongoing trainings to gain and maintain proficiency as a Help Desk Professional and to gain additional knowledge for professional development.  Maintains a high level of organizational commitment to Apollo Health Street, Inc., including its customers, management and other professionals.



Required Skill Set: Technical Help Desk

One to two years previous help desk or technical support experience.  Technical support to include supporting or troubleshooting various technologies such as: 

MS Outlook

  MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access

    Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP

  Windows 2000 Server

  AS400 User Accounts

  Printer Operations (HP Laser, HP Desk Jet, Tektronix, IBM, Lexmar)

  Dell Hardware and Peripheral

  Novell Networks

  Dial up/VPN/Remote Access/User Manager

  POS (Point of Sale) Software

  Secure ID Tokens

  Password Resets

  Remote Connectivity

  Exchange Administrator

 

Additional Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational and communication skills Bi-Lingual Candidates (English and Spanish)
