Help Desk Analyst/Operations Admin Support

*FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE FORWADR RESUME TO RICHARD.BRENNAN@MODIS.COM *Operations Analyst - This person will work closely with the e-Business Development Group Operations and Website Management team, e-Business Development Group  programmers and developers, business partners, and the OCC (Operations Control Center) to coordinate the resolution of website production issues, migration moves, coordination of user and production testing and support the processes and functions set out by the Operations team including the development life cycle and the weekly vignette migration moves. In addition, will work closely with the Online Service Center and provide them with tier 2 support from a technical perspective. Job Responsibilities - provide eDG (e-Business Development Group) Ops Helpdesk support by initially fielding calls that come in and coordinating a response with other team members once trained will provide tier 2 support to the Online Service Center for www.prudential.com, our client access website and our prumessenger and vendor compliance utility as well as any of the 60 websites that eDG manages at this time once trained, monitor in-boxes and coordinate and provide appropriate responses to our customers and/or business partners assist and coordinate the test planning, coordinate test script development and execution of user acceptance testing - includes drafting test volunteers coordinate any communication updates needed about production to our call center partners, business partners and eDG associates support the uploading of producer images on their homepages and provide Tier 1 support to our producers about their homepages once trained, provide back-up support to the daily archive monitor process once trained, provide back-up support to the weekly Stage and Production migrations Required Background/Experience- Looking for a Senior Level call center representative with a technical support background with websites who has poise and professionalism, a self-starter and can work independently as well as within a team dynamic. Must have the following abilities and credentials: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities 4-6 years successful technical call center support Ability to multi-task and manage priorities with little supervision At least 4 years' of customer care experience At least 4 years' experience with effective problem solving Strong preference for someone with at least 2 years' experience with ebusiness website (or related field) user acceptance testing Exhibit effective communication skills - written and verbal (not afraid to speak to customers on the phone nor draft communications to them) 2 to 4 years experience with the internet - IE, Netscape and Firefox browsers, notes databases, EXCEL, and Windows 2000.
