Job Description Job Description Responsible for optimizing healthcare workflow and operational processes affected by information system technology.  The Healthcare Management Engineer serves as a consultant for care transformation, maximizing the benefits of information systems within AHS-IS. Expand application of Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Thinking techniques to clinical processes across system.  Responsible for ensuring that key metrics are defined, tracked and re-evaluated and that improvements have a measurable positive impact   Essential Responsibilities Optimizes healthcare workflow and operational processes affected by Information system technology  (people) Serves as consultant for the implementation of information systems within AHS-IS. (System) Drives Lean implementation projects across the facility that improves operational and business processes. (Process) Education and Experience Optimizes healthcare workflow and operational processes affected by Information system  Serves as consultant for the implementation of information systems within AHS-IS.
