As our HRIS Systems Administrator, based in our Naperville, IL office, your primary goal will be to maintain our HR database, generating standard and customized reports for our HR team. Additionally, you will work with our Finance and Marketing teams to ensure that our team members' Microsoft certifications are current. Your interest in Human Resources, coupled with your experience working with databases will enable you to hit the ground running. Strong Excel skills, an ability to work independently and your eagle-eye attention to detail will be highly valued. As you will be working with cross-functional groups and training colleagues on our HR systems, solid communication skills will be key.
