My client is one of the premier consulting and outsourcing firms in the US.  They are 200 million in revenue and growing at 30% per year. In fact, over the last 5 years they have averaged 30% growth each year.  They have a very energetic environment, fantastic management team, very low employee turnover rate and are extremely profitable.  Basically this is a fantastic place to work and grow your career.  We are looking for a Human Resource Director to manage all HR issues for North America.  This position would have 6 people reporting to it including, recruiting, compensation, benefits and training.   To be considered for this position, you must have experience working in an IT consulting or Outsourcing firm and experience managing an HR department.  My client needs someone that is looking to take their career to the next level because at 30% growth rate, the company is always looking for someone to move into a more senior role and take on a larger responsibility in the company.  This position can be based in any of the following cities DC, Fairfax VA, New York or New Jersey.
