HR Data Specialist

Our regional organizations supply important strategic, administrative and business support to our Product Divisions. And they coordinate and align key activities such as locally-based services, and regional Corporate and Product Division initiatives. So as part of the team, you'll support colleagues, customers and stakeholders throughout the region - and worldwide. The HR Data management group is the centralized HR data organization for all US Philips companies, service, Consumer Lifestyle, Lighting and Medical Your Responsibilities: Receives and reviews all personnel change forms. Analyzes, prepares, and inputs job, personal data into the HRIS/payroll database.-Resolves errors with HR Representatives, departmental points of contact and employees as needed.- Works closely with employees in Payroll Department to ensure accurate and timely payrolls.- Maintains confidential digital employee files.- Prepares and distributes regularly scheduled reports as required from HRIS system.- Creates basic reports from HRIS system on ad hoc basis.- Maintains company distribution lists.- Maintains digital archive records for the HR department.- Responds to external/internal requests for information.- Performs other duties as assigned. Provides accurate and timely data entry of employee job, personal, and benefit transactions into the HRIS system, which generates payroll. Performs accurate and timely electronic filing of personnel files. Creates, prepares, audits, and distributes required forms and reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Provides assistance and information to internal/external customers. Your Profile: Candidate Profile Intermediate knowledge of Windows, word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) skills.- Ability to perform accurate data entry.- Ability to provide effective service to internal/external customers.- Ability to maintain confidentiality.- Intermediate interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple tasks.- Ability to function in a team-oriented environment- 1-3 years experience providing data entry, report creation, and other clerical Contacts: Philips Notes Philips is an equal opportunity employer.
