We are currently recruiting for an Interface HL7 Implementation Analyst to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This position is responsible for all aspects of interface project coordination, installation and testing for new HL7 Interface product implementations.Essential Functions:• Distributes documentation on and explains installation procedures to customers and third party vendors.• Coordination, Installation and testing of purchased Interface.• Monitors customer satisfaction during coordination, installation and testing phases.• Identifies potential obstacles and resolves issues which would impact project completion.• Provides high quality support to end users and other Misys departments.• Manages Regional Interface team backlog and forecasts future interface installation activity.• Maintains in-depth knowledge of the Misys Interface products.• Maintains documentation regarding end user interaction.• Acts as liaison to other Misys departments concerning client issues and status.• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, make decisions and work independently.• Strong planning skills to meet and measure against Regional Interface team goals determined by your Manager.• Ability to think logically for interpreting, analyzing, and discussing end user needs.• Strong ability to evaluate technical options and identify solutions.• Resourcefulness and ability to take the initiative in development and completion of work projects. • Ability to work and communicate with clients, third party system vendors and other departments in an effective and positive manner.• Understanding of Mirth.Training and Experience:• Bachelors or Associates degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science Software, or other relevant combination of training and experience.• HL7 version 2.5 or greater certification.• Experience project managing software implementations.• Familiarity with Healthcare IT solutions and Medical office environments.• Experience using Misys Healthcare systems applications desirable.• Experience in multi-location and off-shore models desirable.• Strong project management and people-facing skills, including proficiency in verbal and written communication.Qualifications:HL7 Implementation AnalystMinimum Performance RequirementsThe HL7 Implementation Analyst Minimum Performance Requirements are the requirements by which each HL7 Implementation Analyst is to follow and will be used in part to measure individual performance. Failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in being placed on a performance improvement plan and/or possible terminationThe HL7 Implementation Analyst will have additional job specific tasks associated with their position to achieve advancement. However the requirements listed below must be met to qualify for advancement, regardless of your position within Client Services.Client Satisfaction:1. Provide excellent customer service as an HL7 Implementation Analyst by:a. Providing positive reinforcement regarding the client’s decision to purchase a Misys interface software solution by being the client’s first point of contact from the Interface department upon receipt of an interface sales contract, addressing each issue with confidence and closure, and completing their Implementation with professionalism and thoroughnessb. Assessing each client’s needs and requests individually in order to make accurate and professional recommendations. Using creative thinking, if needed, to resolve client issues independently and in an effective manner.2. Handle stressful situations by maintaining poise and tactfulness, listening to the customer and/or confirming any proposed concerns. Take action or call to action the representatives responsible for resolving the issues. Involve Management when developed action plans are at risk and all available alternatives and normal escalation paths with other departments are not effective.Professionalism:1. Effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients and fellow employees and maintain a Team player attitude.2. Maintain a professional and non-derogatory demeanor when engaged in a conversation concerning another Misys employee, product, service or partner.3. Ensure positive working relationships with all Misys departments and third party vendors to present a united approach to the customerAdministrative: 1. Read distributed documentation/information regarding software and hardware changes and enhancements to ensure individual provides highest level of service to our clients.2. Complete setup questionnaire.3. Determine project assignment as appropriate.4. Generate install/live calls. 5. Installation of interfaces6. Testing of interfaces7. Schedule/install for live interface8. Update all appropriate tasks in the Interface Database (Access) upon completion.9. Must meet your specific Regional Interface team goal determined by your Manager while managing all non-billable tasks which can include responding to interface inquiries from clients, sales and internal Misys staff. Inquiries may come in the form of an email, voice mail or internal call. Response should be within 24 hours from receipt of the inquiry.10. Bill projects in a timely basis.11. Adhere to the Clarity requirements by: a) Enter time into Clarity Timesheets by Monday at 12:00 pmb) Update all appropriate Milestones and Tasks in Clarity upon completion.12. All updates to your schedule will be submitted within the time frame determined by your manager13. Work closely with your Manager to develop and foster your Individual Development Plan and take independent actions to further your career goals.14. Employee will be punctual and fully prepared for all internal and external meetings.Communication:1. Contact client and schedule kick-off call within 7-10 business days of project receipt from the Qualification Analyst.2. Act as initial escalation point for all technical questions/issues for your assigned region from third party contract employee’s as well as the off-shore team.3. Employee will be punctual and adhere to a confirmed schedule and will notify any delays directly with the client and the manager at the earliest opportunity.4. Check and respond to voicemail a minimum of 3 times a day insuring that the final check will allow the employee to make sure he/she is aware of any schedule changes for the next business day. Check and respond to email within 24 hours. Travel:1. Adherence to all Misys Travel and Expense policies, if applicable.
