HIRING: Systems Analyst / Help Desk Support UPDATED 9-8-08

BearCom Wireless Worldwide is seeking a self-motivated and skilled Systems Analyst for our corporate office located in Garland, Texas to help support our technology infrastructure.  Primary responsibilities include supporting our end-users by phone, email and in person.  Standard hours for this position are 9am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday. This position will require non-standard working hours on occasion such as extended days or possible night and weekend work.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and guidance for our end users.



Software support to include Microsoft Office, Citrix Metaframe, Right Fax, and other custom software.



Hardware support to include general troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.



Telecommunications support to include VoIP phones, voicemail, and setup.



 Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills



Good analytical skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, & organizational skills



1 year of technical support experience



Experience with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and Vista Business



Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)



Experience with hardware and related peripherals (desktop & server troubleshooting and repair)



Experience with Citrix Metaframe/Xen



Ability to work non-standard hours and be on call for emergencies
