HELPDESK Support Specialist

  Modis has been tasked by one of their most respected clients to identify the following due to growth.  Located in Northern Delaware County PA, our client is in need of a proven Helpdesk Support Specialist.  Shift is Friday-Sunday, 6am to 6pm.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a high call volume, high stress environment.  Requirements: GREAT Phone Etiquette Capability of handling 20-30 calls a day  Troubleshooting remote access issues  Fielding calls pertaining to the 3rd party applications, password resets, and security related issues Graduate of an IT training school or university  Professional and outstanding communication skills require Excellent customer service skills Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with trouble ticket tracking softwareThis position is intended to be a 3-6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of bringing the candidate on as an employee of our client upon fulfillment of the contract.  Hourly rates will be based on experience.
