Working knowledge of the brokerage industry. JOB DESCRIPTIONProject Manager is assigned to the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for ensuring prioritization of project work remains aligned with the constraints defined for the project.  Oversees multiple projects or one larger project across multiple application areas, which often requires considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.  Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, third party vendors, and other internal departments. In this role you will use your strong analytical problem solving skills to proactively identify business process improvement opportunities and drive for common understanding.  You will foster productive partnerships, build/motivate effective teams and manage through ambiguity to achieve project/organization goals.  You must have a successful track record of understanding complex organizational dynamics and its impact on projects. If interested in applying for this position please e-mail a resume attached as a word document to Shane Holmes at ShaneHolmes@spherion.com .
