These candidates will act as a developer resource for major and minor development projects. These resources should have expert knowledge around the Genesys solutions, specifically Routing, Infomart, CCAnalyzer, and CCPulse. They should also have strong knowledge around interaction with Avaya and Siemens switching environments.
