GLAAS Performance Test Lead

If you’re looking to make a difference and work on "Missions that Matter" we encourage you to make SRA your employer of choice.·Manage performance test team (system engineer, test developer, analysts) to measure performance characteristics of GLAAS system·Evaluate performance impact of GLAAS deployment on other web-based applications·Evaluate capability of technical architecture under high volume·Identify performance mitigation options, including telecommunications & application architecture improvements·Interface with project, program, and client management to document the objective, the approach, and the resultsRecommends testing tools; uses automated testing tools; creates test scripts; knows how to extract and externalize data from scripts; able to abstract tests into re-usable components; can assemble test cases into test suites; understands all of the types of testing: unit, system, regression, performance,stress/load, validation; familiar with commercial testing tools (such as Mercury/HP or QuickTestPro or any other common testing tools). Programming/scripting skills are mandatory.Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003 Hardware: Software: J2EE or .NET, RDBMS (Oracle preferred or Microsoft SQL Server), Web Application Middleware (ASP.NET or equivalent)Technical Languages: Java or C#, SQLOther Requirements: Ideal candidate has general software development experience wearing multiple hats, including systems engineering and technical support (bug fixes) for production systems.
