Forms Sales Specialist - West Texas

Reynolds and Reynolds, the market-leading provider of document management services, document manufacturing, four-color process printing and distribution of documents to automotive retailers has opportunities for a Forms Sales Specialist in West Texas.

A Forms Sales Specialist must drive and achieve specific sales goals by managing the business relationship with assigned customers in a specific territory as well as establishing new business. The primary responsibility of a specialist is to sell business forms and related products to assigned automotive and related automotive accounts. They are also responsible for analyzing customer needs, identifying sales opportunities and recommending the company's product to meet customers’ needs.

The Forms Specialist rep is assigned a territory and performs multiple functions within that territory, including relationship building and maintenance, cold calling and sale closeing. A Forms Specialist rep will occasionally work with an Account Manager on the Systems Sales team, but more often than not this is only in cases where the Account Manager sees a need while in a customer site. This is a 100% commissions sales position.

Training:
3-4 months of product and sales training or until the hiring manager believes the new hire is ready to take over the assigned territory.

Requirements:
- 2+ years sales experience in a commission driven sales industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Ability to close sales
- Superb time management skills
