About the Position:
We are seeking a Flash Developer who will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving the Company’s flash products from concept to completion. Flash products range from small animation clips and online video to interactive games and learning experiences. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Responsibility for assessing, influencing and recommending the direction of the Flash products;
· Keeping up-to-date on the latest technologies and integrating them into Integrity products as needed;
· Working in parallel on multiple project

The candidate must have a minimum 3-6 years of experience in flash development, with 1-2 years of architecture/lead experience. Graphic design and/or illustration abilities are a significant plus.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

· Ability to design a scalable and extensible flash application
· Experienced actionscripter with the ability to work from a vision or concept and then design comps and prototypes for senior management;
· Must be comfortable working in iterative development mode;
· Must have mastery of Flash CS3, proficiency in Action Script 3.0, ability to read from and parse XML from Flash and capability to dynamically attach symbols on a stage;
· Proven track record of building and deploying Flash over the web;
· Experience working closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and HTML developers;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with technical teams as well as nontechnical personnel;
· Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while providing accurate products;
· Familiarity with ASP.NET and localization experience is a plus; and
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment

This position is based in beautiful Waltham, Massachusetts.
