Finance Your Responsibilities: The position is key to identifying and leading local iniatives to lower NAFTA Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ). The position will support interaction directly with Regional Business Line (BL) Quality Managers and BL Finance Managers to communicate operating cost, failure rates, cost per repair, infra structure cost, and supplier back-charge results by product grouping.Key Responsibilities:1. Monthly, monitor, analyse, and communicate cost of non quality actiivty, cost and trends by product grouping. Ensure accurate and timely informaiton is used for decision-making.2. Support devlopment of Cost of Non-Quality budgets, current views, and rolling forecasts.3. Support Service Planning team with proper financial analysis for service scenario decisions.4. Analyze/Audit Warranty claims payments. Ensure that payments are made timely, in-line with warranty policies, and are properly authorized.5. Analyze/Audit Contact Center Consumption/Expenses. Assist with forecasting Costs based on volume estimates.6. Participate and support Consumer Experience projects to improve Net Promoter Score and balance spend to benefit ratios for Cost of Non-Quality. Your Profile: BS in Finance preferred.Required software skills: Excel - Intermediate Level Strong Powerpoint skills SAP - Advanced level Datamart/Business Objects - advanced capabilities Strong analytical skills and the ability to present coherent written and data/fact-based arguments Contacts: Philips Notes Philips is an equal opportunity employer.
