You will be required to have strong communication skills to work with Executive and Finance leadership teams in communicating company financial results business owners. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in building, maintaining, and managing business budgeting and forecasting model. Improving reporting infrastructure around company results and variances. Produce and distribute monthly result reports including variance analysis. Developing and understanding key business metrics.  Analyzing variances and working with business owners to identify areas of improvement against key metrics. Assessing financial impact of new business opportunities and proposals. Work with business owners to design, develop and/or analyze meaningful financial reports. Analysis of sales trends, ARPU, and product mix, pricing and promotion impacts. Carrying out special projects as assigned. This position requires the following skills and experience: 2-3 years financial planning and analysis experience with demonstrated track record in annual budgeting process. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; GAAP accounting experience desired. Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively across all functions of the company. Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables and Database functions), proficient with Word and PowerPoint. Prior experience with Great Plains, FRx Reporting, and/or Forecaster helpful. Familiar with SQL and Access a plus.
