As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance. Job Description â€¢ Project Management:  Lead work efforts to redesign clients’ planning, budgeting, and forecasting process to improve the efficiency and availability of quality planning information to support decision making throughout an organization.  Responsible for diagnosing existing planning, budgeting, and forecasting models, re-engineering, and implementing leading practice budgeting and planning processes, supported by best of breed planning tools. • Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.• Business Development:  Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process for EPM planning, budgeting, and forecasting opportunities.• Domain Development:  Develop EPM assets and methodologies, develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. • People Development:  Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. •  Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% Qualifications Basic Qualifications: â€¢ Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 4 years experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting.• Minimum of 3 years consulting experience • Minimum of 3 years experience with planning / forecasting process re-engineering and/or tool implementation projects• Proven record of successfully acting as Project Manager in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting solution domain.• Prior experience with finance strategy, strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis, and/or financial modeling and benchmarking• At least 2 years of experience with budgeting and forecasting leading technology solutions (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos)• Excellent program/project management, analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem/issue resolution, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: â€¢ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment• Strong interest in business strategy consulting. • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills• Ability to interact effectively with senior-level client executives To submit resumes online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
