Federal Business Development Manager (Requisition # Not Listed)Paradigm Solutions is currently seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for the business development activities within the Intelligence Agencies, specifically NSA.  The successful candidate will have solid contacts and reputation at NSA and have specific knowledge of NSA programs, organization and mission. 

Candidate will be experienced in the entire program and business development lifecycle including experience in all phasesof proposal development.  Candidate willdemonstrate a proven track record of generating significant new business,including indentifying, tracking, pursuing, and winning new opportunities frompre-RFP stage through proposal submission.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulates and maintains objectives complementary to the quality management sytems, and corporate policies and goals. Manage business activities at the National Security Agency (NSA) focused on Paradigm's core capabilities. Formulate and execute strategic plan tomaintain and grow NSA and Intelligence business base within 6 months. Develop and execute aggressive customer relations management plan for NSA and Intel Community existing programs and new pursuits. Must have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, other industry partners, technical staff and peers.


EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE
 Must possess a Bachelor's degree in related technical field. (Master's degree preferred). Minimum ten years of related experience in essential duties described above. Possess a substantial, tactical contact listing within the Intel Community that will facilitate growth plan Must have extensive knowledge of DoD acquisition process, customer base, and key senior level contacts. Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Must have demonstrated capability for oral and written communication with all levels of company and customer set. Possess a current TS/SCI Full Scope Poly.
