Description:ResponsibilitiesMaintain calendars, identify potential schedule conflicts and take appropriate actionSchedule and coordinate tasks and activities associated with meetings, presentations, and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements. Assist in the coordination of department activities, including team off-site functions.Create documents, spreadsheets, reports, and graphic presentations with advanced PC tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Assist in the budget process with regards to changes and updates. Handle expense and P-card processing. Assist with filing and other organizational tasks.Proactively seek projects that improve efficiency of department.Work under minimal supervision and have excellent follow-up skills.Acute attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and projects.About the OpportunityCoordinate tasks and activities associated with meetings, presentations, conferences, travel arrangements, corporate secretarial functions, calendar management and other requests.
