Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Executive Assistant - Reston, VA Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, to internal and external customers by interacting with clients/customers via phone and in person. The Administrative Assistant often makes the first impression on our customer, and therefore is required to maintain a high professional and personal standard of attitude, behavior and appearance. Essential Functions of the Administrative Assistant:- The Administrative Assistant is a proficient expert in sound operational processes to ensure superior administrative support to the sales teams, support team and office leadership. - Demonstrate proper phone etiquette by using appropriate script to answer and direct in-bound calls to appropriate individuals. - Establish total awareness/ company knowledge to ensure quality of customer service. - Maintains an organized and professional work area. - Process daily incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages. - Provides routine administrative support to include composing and typing documents, create spreadsheets, send emails, filing, faxing, etc. - Acts as a back up to Customer Support Associate, when appropriate. - Complete expense reports for DNA(s). - Performs Technical Professional salary and job title analysis to assist DNA(s) with customer negotiations. - Creates detailed and complex reporting and analysis of various data to support National Account(s). - Performs compliance documentation audits for National Account(s). - Prepares employee start packages for National Account(s) and interacts heavily with customer. - Works closely with national sales force to insure compliance and proper on boarding of Technical Professionals. - Creates internal/external presentations. - Books travel arrangements for DNA(s).Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum one year of administrative experience, to include typing skills of at least 40 wpm. - Highly skilled in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point. - Strong experience utilizing web based applications. - Strong math skills. - Excellent verbal/ written communication skills. - Ability to multi-task and interact effectively in a team environment. - Strong presentation skills. - Consistently displays high character and a strong work ethic.
