Qualified Individuals will possess the following attributes:

·         Excellent Organizational Skills

·         2+ years in an executive assistant role

·         Experience using business software to create PO’s, invoice, commission statements

·         Experience using Microsoft Office

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Experience in making travel and trade show arrangements

·         Ability to quickly resolve  issues by working internally with the appropriate department

·         Great Follow up skills
